Our courses are based on micro-learning and nano-learning strategy. The contents of every course designed very specific and to the point. So, they are short in length and consume less learning time. After purchasing the course, for a genuine reason if participant decides not to continue the learning. The request for refund should be raised within 24 hours of purchase of specific course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 10% content or downloaded the E-contents. Note: Access will be canceled immediately and refund will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request approved by TECHNOTECH AUSTRALIA. Company administrative charges and bank charges/fee including currency change rates should be applied. In normal situation rest amount, should be transferred.

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to contact@technotechaustralia.com.au.
